Delivery Policy & Method

This policy explains how AP Elite Academy delivers the services you buy through apelite.academy. It applies to every purchase made on this website (group cohorts, single sessions, one-on-one tutoring, and course bundles) and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Every purchase is enrolment in a live online educational service. Depending on what you bought, this includes:

• Live online classes: Scheduled classes taught in real time by an AP Elite instructor over Zoom.
• A confirmed seat: Your place in the cohort or session you selected, reserved under your student account.
• Your schedule & Zoom links: The dates, times, and joining links for your live classes, shown in your dashboard and emailed to you.
• Any materials the instructor shares: Provided during or around the live sessions where applicable.
• Certificate of completion: Issued digitally once you complete the course.

Classes are taught live over Zoom; they are not sold as pre-recorded videos. No physical product is produced, shipped, or couriered — there is no packaging, tracking number, or delivery fee.

Delivery happens entirely online, through three channels:

• Your student dashboard: The primary delivery channel. Sign in at apelite.academy with the account you purchased under to reach your courses, schedule, joining links, and materials.
• Email: We send an order confirmation to the email address on your account, followed by schedule reminders and joining details.
• Zoom: Live classes are taught over Zoom. You join from the link in your dashboard; no separate purchase or subscription is needed.

Access is tied to payment approval, not to manual processing. Once our payment provider confirms your payment, your account is updated automatically:

Live classes themselves are delivered on the dates and times published on the course page. Class times are shown in Arabia Standard Time (AST / GMT+3).

Because delivery is digital, you are responsible for having:

• A working email address on your account; this is where confirmations and joining details are sent.
• A stable internet connection and a device that can run Zoom (computer, tablet, or phone).
• Access to your inbox, including the spam or promotions folder, where automated email is sometimes filed.

If the email address on your account is wrong or full, we cannot deliver confirmations to it. Please keep your account details up to date.

Our services are delivered online and are available to students worldwide, with our teaching schedule built around Arabia Standard Time (AST / GMT+3). There are no shipping restrictions, customs charges, or import duties, because nothing crosses a border physically.

• Live classes: Delivered on the published cohort dates and times. A missed session is not re-taught individually.
• Your schedule & joining links: Remain available in your dashboard for the duration of the cohort.
• Certificates: Remain available in your account indefinitely.

In the rare case that your payment succeeds but access does not appear, take these steps:

1. 1Sign in at apelite.academy using the exact email address you used at checkout; access is attached to that account.
2. 2Check your spam and promotions folders for the order confirmation email.
3. 3If your dashboard still shows no course after 30 minutes, email support@apelite.academy with your order number and the email address used.
4. 4We investigate and restore access within 1 business day. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, you receive a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If we cancel a cohort or session, or are otherwise unable to deliver the service you purchased, you always receive your choice of a full refund to your original payment method or a free transfer to an equivalent upcoming cohort. Full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
