We want you to enrol with confidence. Here is exactly what happens if your plans change.

This policy applies to all purchases made through apelite.academy and does not limit any consumer rights you may have under the laws of Jordan or your country of residence.
First Class Risk-Free Guarantee
Try before you commit. Attend your first live session — if it is not right for you, request a full refund (minus 5% processing) within 24 hours.
1. Our Promise
We want you to enrol with confidence. Because our live classes have limited seats and start on fixed dates, our refund terms are tied to when you cancel relative to the cohort start date and how much of the course you have attended. This policy applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and does not limit any consumer rights you may have under the laws of Jordan, Saudi Arabia, or your country of residence.
2. Group Cohorts (Full Term & Half Term)
Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel before the cohort's first session:
3. The "First Class Risk-Free" Guarantee
- Attend your first live session, and if you decide the course is not right for you, request a refund within 24 hours of that session.
- You will receive a full refund minus the 5% processing fee.
- This applies once per student per cohort and only if you have attended no more than the first session.
- After the second session has taken place, the course is considered substantially delivered and is non-refundable. We may offer account credit at our discretion for exceptional circumstances such as a documented medical emergency.
4. Single Sessions & One-on-One Tutoring
Cancellation and reschedule terms for individual sessions:
You may reschedule a single session up to 2 times. Beyond that, normal cancellation terms apply.
5. If We Cancel
If AP Elite Academy cancels a cohort or session — for example due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances — you will always receive your choice of:
- A 100% full refund to your original payment method, or
- A free transfer to an equivalent upcoming cohort or session at no extra cost.
6. Discounted, Promotional & Soft-Launch Enrolments
Enrolments purchased at a discount of 40% or more (including soft-launch, coupon, scholarship, and bundle pricing) are non-refundable but may be converted to account credit if cancelled at least 48 hours before the cohort starts. This is clearly stated at checkout for any qualifying purchase.
7. What Is Not Refundable
- Sessions you have attended beyond the limits described above.
- Downloadable materials, recordings, or homework packs that have already been accessed or delivered.
- Coupon, referral, or promotional credit — these have no cash value.
- Payment-gateway processing fees on partial refunds, where noted above.
8. Important Notes
- No outcome-based refunds. Refunds are not available based on AP exam scores or results. We provide preparation, not guaranteed outcomes.
- No refunds after the exam. Once the AP exam for a subject has taken place, that course is considered fully delivered.
- Currency. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or bank fees.
9. How to Request a Refund
- 1Email support@apelite.academy from the email address on your account, or use the "Request Refund" option in your student dashboard.
- 2Include your order number and the reason for the request.
- 3We will respond within 3 business days.
- 4Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider (PayTabs).
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be communicated by email.
