Students Under 18

Where the Student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, accept these Terms, and make all payments on the Student's behalf. By doing so, the parent or guardian confirms they consent to the minor's participation and to our handling of the minor's data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We may suspend or close any account that contains false information or is used in breach of these Terms.

4. The Services

  • We provide live online instruction delivered via Zoom, along with supporting materials described on each Course page.
  • No outcome guarantee. Our Services are intended to prepare Students for AP examinations. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, grade, admission outcome, or result. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including the Student's own effort.
  • We may improve, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services. Where a change materially affects a Cohort you are enrolled in, we will give reasonable notice.

5. Enrolment, Seats, and Scheduling

  • Each Cohort has a limited number of seats. A seat is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.
  • Class times are shown in Arabia Standard Time (AST / GMT+3). It is your responsibility to attend at the correct local time.
  • We may reschedule, merge, or cancel a Cohort if minimum enrolment is not reached or due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a Cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another Cohort.

6. Pricing, Currency, and Tax

  • Prices are displayed in SAR, JOD, or USD, and the currency shown at checkout is the currency you will be charged.
  • Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay at enrolment is fixed for that enrolment.
  • Saudi Arabia: VAT of 15% applies to purchases subject to Saudi Arabian VAT. A ZATCA-compliant tax invoice is issued.
  • Jordan: General Sales Tax of 16% applies where required.

7. Payment

  • Payments are processed by PayTabs. By paying, you also agree to their terms and conditions.
  • We do not store your full card details. Payment information is handled directly by the payment provider.
  • Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. If a payment fails or is reversed, the seat may be released.
